The day is finally here. Amazon Web Services has officially opened their fifth region in Europe and it’s placed in Mälardalen, Sweden. It’s a total of three data centers that have opened in Eskilstuna, Katrineholm and Västerås. At Buzzcloud, we help companies deploy Amazon Web Services and we are excited to be one of the first to start using AWS services through the brand new, state of the art data centers, both for our current customers and for new ones. Our CEO Staffan Ljung states the following about AWS’s launch:
“This will improve the innovation force of Nordic companies who want to use AWS world leading IT components, weather it’s AI, IoT or secure cloud services. Store locally – expand globally.”
We will continue to provide first class deployment of Amazon Web Services to our clients and are now able to do that without their data ever leaving Sweden.
